The KMC300/KPC400 Series is a controller that displays flow rate, vacuum, and pressure values ​​in numbers, supplies power, and controls input/output signals to devices such as MFC ( KMC300 ) & CDG ( KPC400 ).

    -KMC300 is a controller dedicated to MFC.

     

    -KPC400 can be used exclusively for Baratron Capacitance Manometer Controller.

     

    -You can check the input and output values ​​for each channel.

     

    -RS485 communication is standard to increase convenience in control.

     

    -SCCM, SLM, %, Torr, and Pa units can be selected and used.

     

    -SV and PV values ​​are used in different colors to make it easier.

     

    Equipped with -0, -5V control and transmission output. (KMC300 Type)

     

    Equipped with -0, -10V transmission output. (KPC400 Type)
