 This is a module that can receive 10 channels of various signals such as pressure, temperature, and flow rate and transmit them to PLC or MMI.

Sensor Calibration

If the zero point changes due to using the sensor for a long time or if an error occurs due to the long sensor line length,

Ability to add or subtract correction values

Before sensor correction = 510℃

After sensor correction = measured value + correction value 

                             510℃ - 10℃ = 500℃

 

 

Display Scaling

If the input is mV, the input value can be displayed by scaling.

Example) Input is 0~100mV Display 0.0~800.0

    IN-H = 100.0 / IN-L = 0.0       SC-H = 800.0 / SC-L = 0.0

 

 

Installation Precautions

-Do not tighten the mounting bolts too much.

-Cannot be used at altitudes above 2000M. 

-Be sure to install indoors or in a non-exposed location. 

-Please avoid the installation locations below. 

 Places with corrosive gases, places with heavy dust, places with strong high frequencies, places with moisture, places subject to vibration or heat.
